I am one of the pride owners of a Villa in Flower Garden, Thaiyur. I can express my views and describe my experience as to the Project like this. As Babylon is to Hanging Gardens,Flower Garden is to Duplex Villas.You can't claim heaven as your own but experience the same in Flower Garden Villas.

An appraisal is penned down here to share my experience with Flower Garden. I consider, it my duty to give 100% facts. I am sure that this will guide the prospective purchaser of the Villa. Myself and my wife have crossed the mid of sixties and were searching for a place without pollution and with clean water. We searched for more than three months and came across Flower Garden.
We met Dr. Basha, a Cardiac Surgeon who manages the entire show of Flower Garden. He is a multi-faceted young gentleman with honesty, a rare quality to find with, especially in the business of real estate. We can trust him to any extent.
After seeing the Model house, we were satisfied to some extent, and informed Mr. Basha's father our intention to go in for a villa with them. We negotiated to some extent.
Our Villa bearing Plot No.30 is now ready for occupation and they stick to the timings and quality. They use red bricks for construction and they may improve the quality of bricks in the forthcoming projects in Flower Garden.We can say that we are one of the satisfied customers.With best wishes.

When I was searching for a house preferably in OMR, I came to know about the Project “Flower Garden” in Thaiyur, Kelambakkam where individual duplex Villas are promoted by Frontier Homes. I visited the model Villa on one fine day and I was very much impressed by the quality of construction. Without any second thought, I immediately booked a Villa in Flower Garden. Ultimately I am very much satisfied with the end product for the following element.

1. Clay Chamber Brick is used to construct the shell of the Villa. Rather, it is a very exceptional phenomenon in the industry.
2. My Villa was handed over to me on time.
3. The quality of construction is very good in all respects. My relatives and friends who attended to the house warming ceremony invariably had the same impression.
4. My notions were well received and were carefully taken in to consideration. All my requirements were fulfilled with due care. Customization in floor space was permitted without extra cost.
5. The floor space has been used to optimum level.
6. I had pleasing experience with the site Engineers and Customer Care Executive during the course of construction right from the start till the completion of Construction.
7. I received good response from the Management side too.

I wish Frontier Homes all the very best in their future endevour and congratulate them to keep going with the same spirit and vigour in the days to come.
